All RMH machines are fitted with the unique design
auger for efficient and effective mixing of all
ingredients. The augers are driven by 90
degree gearboxes (no chains) and all
machines in Australia 14 cubic metres
and above have a front two-speed
gearbox fitted as standard.
With two types of vertical mixer available, the new WAV models are lower in height, but a little wider. Choice of machine may often depend on any farm building restrictions.
DIFFERENT ELEVATORS
There is a choice of elevator systems available – from a cross conveyor to feed either side to a folding elevator for feeding into a trough. These are usually fitted at the front of the tub, but may also be positioned at the rear. RMH machines can have the unique conveyor system which allows discharging to both sides in one run of the machine. If you are feeding onto the ground, you could have the door-only option (single door or multiple doors) and these can be fitted at the side or rear.

WEIGHBOXES
Weighing systems are fitted as standard on the RMH machine and the basic box gives accurate measurements of materials loaded and unloaded. You may prefer a programmable weigher and/or a radio control system and the top model enables you to link feeding to stock control and time management through a down-loadable connection to your computer.
  WHEELS
An option on different wheels means that machines can be raised or lowered depending on the measurement of the buildings and troughs and the distances traveled each day.
  AXLES
RMH machines are available with single axle, twin sprung axle, triple sprung axle or steering axle. The type of axle fitted will allow a smooth ride of machine, long distance road work, ability to spread the load for least damage to land surfaces and/of the ability to turn into awkward areas.
