Quality Auger Shafts

Extra strong augers carry out whole bale shredding. The heaviest feeding requirements are answered efficiently and speedily.
  • Bottom augers are constructed of seamless pipes, supply the strength for processing the heaviest loads.
  • Bottom augers are fitted with interchangeable bolted knives that evenly cut and mix the most difficult rations.
Heavy duty bottom auger bearing is constructed of welded steel housing (not cast iron) and includes a double row of spherical roller ball bearings for long life and to achieve self aligning for the bottom augers.


Central grease bank lubrication system is externally located for easy lubrication.



The unique R.M.H. built in Shear Pin Protection System extends the operational life and reduces maintenance costs to a minimum.




Direct access to sprockets, chains, shafts and augers, facilitates maintenance procedures.


Drive shaft of the bottom auger is constructed of SAE 4140 forged steel. (Available in model 580)

Electronic Weigh Bars

Compact and strong electronic weigh bars give an accurate and reliable weighing regardless of weather conditions or the positioning and angle of the mixer feeder. Built in dynamic micro processor weighing system enables accurate weighing during loading, mixing and feeding activities. It is specially designed and planned so that the Total Mixed Ration System can be employed in the easiest and most effective way.
